Structural & Slab Concrete
The part no one sees, engineered like the part everyone does.
Slabs are the one part of a build that gets one attempt. We set out, reinforce and pour house slabs, garage and shed slabs, and commercial and industrial pads to hold their load and their line for the life of the structure above them.

01
Set-out
Levels, falls and edges surveyed and pegged to the engineer's drawings before anything is dug.
-
02
Reinforce
Mesh and bar fixed to the reinforcement schedule, chaired to the correct cover, and inspected.
-
03
Pour
Concrete placed, compacted and screeded to level in a controlled pour, then cured against a clock that can't be argued with.
-
04
Hand over
A flat, true, load-rated pad, ready for the structure or the trades that follow it.
Driveways & Access
The surface that carries every vehicle onto your property, for decades.
Driveways take more daily load and more weather than almost any other surface on a property. We build plain, coloured and exposed-aggregate driveways, paving and pathways engineered for drainage and finished for kerb appeal.

01
Grade
The site is re-graded so water leaves the structure, not the other way around — drainage is decided before finish.
-
02
Reinforce
Mesh specified for genuine vehicle load, formwork set true to the edges and the fall.
-
03
Pour
Placed and screeded, then finished plain, coloured or exposed to suit the property.
-
04
Seal
Cut, cured and sealed — a surface built to carry weight and weather for decades.
Outdoor Living & Finish
Where the finish is the whole point.
Patios, pool surrounds, decking, fencing and landscaping are judged purely on finish — texture, fall, and how the surface sits against the rest of the property. This is where ServiceLine's Finish stage does the most visible work.

- Pool surrounds & coping
- Decking
- Fencing
- Landscaping & softscape integration
-
01
Set out
Coping and edges set to the pool, the house lines and the existing landscape — the finish is planned to the millimetre.
-
02
Specify
Slip-resistance, texture and control joints chosen for where the surface actually lives.
-
03
Pour
Placed and finished — often in one continuous pass so there is no visible seam across the living space.
-
04
Integrate
Sealed and tied into planting, decking and fencing so the whole outdoor space reads as one.
